Is it indoor or outdoor storage?

Our facility is an outdoor storage site designed for caravans, boats, trailers, and other oversized vehicles. The layout allows for easy access and flexible parking .As the storage is outdoors, we recommend using a cover for your caravan or boat to help protect it from the elements.

Can I access my caravan or boat at any time?

Yes, our facility offers 24/7 access, so you can pick up or drop off your caravan or boat whenever it suits you, day or night.

Is there a minimum storage period?

We have a one-month minimum charge, however you’re welcome to use the storage for as little as one day. When you’re ready to move out, we just ask for 14 days’ notice.

How secure is my space?

Our facility is fully enclosed with security fencing and features a PIN-controlled electric access gate. For added peace of mind, the entire site is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Access is restricted to authorised customers only, helping ensure a secure and controlled environment at all times.

Can I park on site?

Please let us know if you'd like to park on site. Unauthorised Parking on site is strictly prohibited, offenders will be charged at $200 per month.

Do I need insurance for my caravan or boat in storage?

Yes, it is a requirement to have your caravan or boat insured while it is in storage. Most insurance providers can extend your existing policy to cover storage, often at no additional cost. Simply contact your insurer and provide the details of our facility.

What can’t I store at the facility?

For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be stored at our facility. This includes flammable or combustible materials such as petrol, gas bottles, and fireworks, as well as hazardous or toxic substances. Perishable items like food or plants, illegal or stolen goods, and anything that could cause damage to the environment or other stored items are also not permitted. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with our team before storing.

How do I get started?

Getting started is quick and easy. You can book and move in directly through our website, or if you prefer, contact us and we’ll send a secure online move-in link to your phone or email. Once your booking is complete, payment has been received, and your ID is verified, we’ll send you a gate access PIN and a map showing exactly where your storage space is located. After that, you're all set!

How do I pay?

All payments are made in advance and automatically debited each month from your credit card or bank account. We also require a one-month deposit bond, which is fully refunded when you move out provided your space is left empty and clean.
